Great family owned company that I use for all my plumbing needs.

Joe Garcia replaced my water heater tank and water pressure regulator. Another thing, he also fixed my restroom upstairs because there was a leak in the tub spout due to the high water pressure.He reconstructed the pipe and changed the spout. Joe saved me because he detected that my water pressure was 120 psi twice the normal pressure which could blow up the pipes at any given time. I was so thankful that he corrected and fix all problems right away. No more leak and my water pressure is 50 psi which is very good and I do have peace of mind and its safe. Joe and his assistant Steve did a phenomenal job. Joe is very knowledgeable on what he does. A very well experienced plumber for 30 years. It was so easy and quick for him to identify and diagnose the problem with a quick solution. He really explained to me what is the problem, why it happened and the best solution. I really admire his honesty, sincerity commitment, and dedication to his job.I like his work ethic and professionalism. The first time I met Joe I had that trust in him. It was just an automatic feeling but I was right. Joe did an excellent job. Me and my wife were very happy and 100% completely satisfied with his work. I had the water regulator pressure valve replaced. Tech was super fast and did a great job. Did not over charge us or try to up sell us. I will be calling them again anytime we need a plumber.

I've called on Above & Beyond Drains & Plumbing eight times. Joe was there for me when my water heater broke down, when one toilet needed a new o-ring and a new water supply line, when another toilet needed a new water supply line and a new o-ring, when my kitchen faucet needed replacing, and the latest... the installation of a water filtration unit because I have hard water and my home was starting to lose water pressure. [Please note, all these repairs occurred over a span of 4-5 years... not all at once.] If you're counting, I lied... I've only called on Above & Beyond seven times. I began this review with "eight" because I am so confident in Joe and his work, that, should I need a plumber in the future, I will call Above & Beyond. The Above and Beyond team (Joe, Peter, Vivana) provided excellent service from start to finish. They are very professional and responded to my Yelp quote request immediately. They were able to come and fix everything the next day. Their pricing was much more affordable compared to the competitors, while still maintaining the highest standard to the repair (bathtub clog and garbage disposal replacement). The best plumber ever!!!!! Joe was really great!!! He is technically astute, and found the leak inside the walls easily. Fixed it right away, and provided guidance to prevent similar situations in the future. Additionally, he provided insight on how to move forward with reconstruction. He is very honest, and pricing is reasonable....I have asked him to fixed leaky faucets and installations in the past few years, and our experience was always exceptional..Joe has my strongest recommendation.

Joe helped us a few times already. First job he did was to replace cast iron pipes with new pipe lining which was quite complex, he installed that on time and did a great job. I called Joe on New Years eve due to a pipe leak in my downstairs bathroom. Within an hour he showed up and assessed my issue. He had a leak detection company come out to find the leak. Joe's portion of the job took less than 30 min. I will definitely be using Joe again in any future plumbing issues.

Our drain for the laundry became clogged, and we were having a mini flooding event in our garage. But more than that, with two babies at home, not being able to use our washing machine was a big problem. So like everyone else, I message bombed a bunch of businesses on Yelp, and these guys were the quickest to respond, with availability almost immediately! Their quote was fair (lower than others on Yelp) so I didnt even try to haggle. Omar and the team did a great job and fixed our clog right away! They were also very professional and transparent, with clear explanations. Kudos for them being masked up as well, which means a lot to me and my family, because our kids cant get vaccinated yet. Will definitely reach out to them again if we have any other plumbling issue (but hopefully not anytime soon!).

Our job consisted of replacing approximately 5 feet of our old cast iron sewer line from our clean out under our slab to the connection in our bathroom. I was very impressed with the quality of the work from Omar and Brian. They showed up at 8:00am and completed our sewer line repair in one day. They would answer any questions we had, were very respectful, and cleaned up when they were done. I would definitely use them again.

Omar arrived and got work right away. He fixed the 2 clogged drains in the master bath and all is working great. He was extremely clean and tidy of the work space and left the bathroom/work area clean and put back in order. Would use again.

Just used Joe and his crew again for a leaking pipe inside a wall. Ended up rerouting the pipe to eliminate the chance for the old pipe to leak again ( Joes advice). Fast service and a great price, my go to plumber.

They rerouted sewer line around the outside of the property instead of trying to fight the old pipes inside the house (and thus possibly not finding easily finding and fixing the problem or it costing us more money in the long run). We used Above and beyond for hydro jetting service.

We had a main line blockage due to roots, called a very well advertised company to come help with the problem. After 3 days 4 different people, cameras, cutters, power jetting and then being told they can't get through the blockage and we were looking at upwards of 20 thousand to get the line replaced because it had to be collapsed. Fortunately a family member was over at the time and she said she had a friend who did this and called him, I spoke with him and he was at my home within the hour to take a look at what was going on. We told him all the issues and he said he would take a look with his camera. He took a look then said can I use my cutter and try and if course I said yes. He proceeded to put his cutter the same one the other company had and couldn't get it past 4 feet...had it down and the line cut and cleared within the first 15 minutes. You have never seen happier people! Joe and his assistant were very professional and polite, but mostly Joe is very knowledgeable in his trade. I will always call Joe at Above and Beyond for all my future needs. Thank you Joe.

They were amazing! I have never seen a company work so hard to get a situation resolved. What we thought was going to be replacing some galvanized pipe for a sewer system ended up evolving into a larger job based upon there being a septic tank that nobody was aware of. They had shown up at 7 in the morning and didn't leave until 10 that evening. Add when the job went longer than had expected as far as the days, they offered to put my tenants up in an Airbnb because of the inconvenience. This had nothing to do with them and was just circumstantial based upon the age of the pipes. I split the cost with them but wow, they truly do live up to their name. 'Above and Beyond'. I have been a real estate broker for 34 years so I do come across quite a few contractors and the only thing I wish was that they were located in the Seattle area as well. Thank you! Thank you! In the process of finding and correcting the problem, a team of five were involved. This included Viviane at headquarters, Joe and his men, and Berrie the leak detector. In every step of the operation everyone was in direct communication and focused on my problem. The Crew worked non-stop for two days and they kept me advised as the job want along. Joe was wonderful! Getting the appointment was super easy and they made scheduling for the estimate way easy! Joe did the estimate for my leaky problem and didnt force me to do unnecessary things to my plumbing problems. They Fixed my leaky toilet in less than an hour! Which is a life saver for someone who doesnt have a lot of time to take out of their day. Will definitely go to them if I need a handyman for the house! reasonably priced for sure!

After going through YELP's reviews and reading ABOVE & BEYOND's website -- i thought i was on the right track of finding that HONEST, RELIABLE, AFFORDABLE plumber. JOE GARCIA proved that he TRULY lives by his NAME and what's advertized on the website. His family-owned company and team of workers (i met Juan, David, and Viviana by phone) not only met my expectations -- expert workmanship, detailed professionalism, respectful courtesy -- they went ABOVE and BEYOND. Joe gave NO bait-n-switch, just UP-FRONT rates for our three plumbing issues -- even told us how to save money by buying the faucets ourselves. Joe gave us a $50-DISCOUNT for the inconvenience of changing our scheduled appointment due to an emergency. He put in practice the "ABOVE and BEYOND" by coming to work on SUNDAY -- which was Mother's Day! (But no worries -- May 10 is the Mexican "Dia de las Madres" which the family will celebrate today, Monday.) Joe finished the other faucet Monday morning, when he came with David even before 8am sharp. The "ABOVE and BEYOND" was again proven when Joe, via David, changed some really old corroded pipe-parts at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Best value and lowest quote for a brand new water heater. The removal and installation of water heater was done expertly, in short time and with best quality work. Joe noticed our out of shape water pipes which he replaced also. He also saw our main sewage pipes leaking and in their worst shape. Purchased a home a few years back with original cast iron. Everything was working fine until it didnt. I hired Above and Beyond Drains & Plumbing to perform a sewer inspection. Our sewer was in really bad shape, at this point I had to replace the sewer line We had just done a major renovation on our front lawn so we were really bombed out about having that destroyed for the repairs needed. Joe let my family know of a very unique technique they do call Pipe Bursting We were blown away and decided to proceed with the needed repairs. They only exposed two small trenches and were able to replace the sewer line, without having my lawn torn apart. Really pleased with their service, I am writing this review as they are cleaning up after themselves to finalize their service.

They came by to inspect and let me know that we did have a problem but didnt need the major repairs like my friend!
